By the Bay DSP

This week I’m focusing on the By the Bay DSP again, so here’s my sixth card using this paper.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - By the Bay DSP - Layering Circles Framelits dies

The By the Bay DSP was cut to 5 1/2 by 2 1/8 inches and matted with white cut to 5 1/2 by 2 1/4. This was then added to a Night of Navy card base.

Next the sentiment, from Nature’s Prints was stamped on white in Night of Navy. It was then die cut using the Layering Circles Framelits Dies in an unusual (for me) way and added to the card with dimensionals. I’ve never used the scalloped circles as anything but a mat and I choose to do it just as the set is retiring!!

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Don’t forget that the Last Chance Sale is now on with savings of up to 60%. This is covering both the annual catalog and the January to June mini. Just click on the Shop Now button below to check it out.

When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Enjoy the Journey DSP

This week I’m focusing on the Enjoy the Journey DSP, another product I found in my unused stack. I can’t imagine how that happened, this is lovely paper.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Enjoy the Journey DSP - Peaceful Moments - Layering Circles Framelits dies

The Enjoy the Journey DSP was cut to 5 1/2 by 2 1/4 inches and then matted in silver foil. This was then added to a Night of Navy card base.

For the sentiment, I heat embossed one from Peaceful Moments in silver and die cut it using the Layering Circles Framelits dies. I also cut out a silver foil scallop from that same die set and used it for a mat. This was then added to the card using dimensionals and finally a few silver rhinestones.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Sweet Citrus bundle

This week I’m using the Sweet Citrus bundle which includes a hybrid embossing folder. This is really brilliant – you can cut and emboss at the same time. Here I’m just using the embossing folder.

A piece of Granny Apple Green was embossed with the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder. Next it was layered onto a white card base.

The sentiment, from the Sweet Citrus set, was stamped in Granny Apple Green. It was cut out using the Layering Circles Framelits dies. A matching scalloped circle was used for the mat in Granny Apple Green and added to the white circle. This was added to the layer with dimensionals.

Finally some Elegant faceted gems were added to the card.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Dainty Flowers DSP

The Dainty Flowers DSP is a pack of paper you can get for free from the Saleabration brochure with a $50 product order until the end of the month. I’ve already designed and shown 3 cards using it back in January and also used it for my Mail & Make class this month. Here’s the second of another three!

There’s a sheet of the Dainty Flowers DSP which has oval flower wreath frames and in the middle of those is this pattern. After cutting it out, I trimmed it to 5 1/2 inches long and matted it with Crushed Curry using my stamparatus. Next it was added to a white card base.

The sentiment from Dainty Delight was stamped in Crushed Curry and die cut using the Layering Circles Framelits dies. It was matted onto the matching scalloped circle in Crushed Curry.

To complete the card, I added a few Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Thanks a Bunch

My second card using the Thanks a Bunch set from the Saleabration brochure at the $50 level. Don’t forget that Saleabration ends at the end of the month.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Thanks a Bunch set - Layering Circles Framelits Dies

I stamped several of the images directly onto a white card base. I used Granny Apple Green, Orchid Oasis and Evening Evergreen.

The sentiment, from the Thanks a Bunch set, was stamped in Granny Apple Green and die cut with the Layering Circles. A scalloped piece of Granny Apple Green was cut out again using the layering circles. These were layered together and added to the card with dimensionals. Finally a few of the incolors Matte Decorative Dots were added.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.
