Corner Bouquet

This is my third card using the Sale-a-bration set, Corner Bouquet. This is a free with a $50 order set. I still appear to be focusing on birthday cards!

I decided to use the 2 stamps which are not corner bouquets and made a simple thank you card. Colors used were Shaded Spruce and Gorgeous Grape. The Very Vanilla layer was mounted onto a Gorgeous Grape card base. The sentiment comes from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set and is stamped in Gorgeous Grape (again!) and cut out with Stitched Rectangle Dies and popped up on dimensionals.

I’ll be demonstrating all three cards using the Corner Bouquet stamp set on my Facebook live on Sunday at 11am EST. Come and join me and share my Live and get added into the weekly raffle.

Corner Bouquet

This week I’m focusing on the Sale-a-bration set, Corner Bouquet. This is a free with a $50 order set and my second card with the set.

The Very Vanilla layer was cut to be the same size as the card base. Then the smaller corner bouquet stamp was applied to the corners in Shade Spruce using the Stamparatus. The gaps on the long sides were filled with another of the stamps and then the layer was cut down to 4 by 5 1/4 inches and placed on a Gorgeous Grape card base. The sentiment is from Sweet ice Cream, stamped in Gorgeous Grape and cut out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. This was popped up on dimensional and some rhinestones added some sparkle.

Let me know what you think.

Corner Bouquet

This week I’m focusing on the Sale-a-bration set, Corner Bouquet. This is a free with a $50 order set.

As the background I decided to use the fourth – and so far unused – color from the Oh So Ombre DSP, Granny Apple Green. I simply stamped the image from Corner Bouquet in Granny Apple Green and then the sentiment from Sweet Ice Cream. This was then placed on a Granny Apple Green card base. Super simple and uses minimal product.

Let me know what you think.

Oh so ombre

This week I’m using the Sale-a-bration designer series paper, Oh so ombre. It’s 48 sheets of 6 by 6 inch paper in 2 designs and 4 colors – blackberry bliss, Bermuda bay, granny apple green and rococo rose and free with an order of $50

I also used the new Sweet Ice Cream bundle. The Rococo Rose Oh so ombre paper was matted with Early Espresso and layered on a Rococo Rose card base. The sentiment from Sweet Ice Cream was stamped in Early Espresso.

Next there was stamping and punching. The cone is Terracotta Tile stamped off for the cone and then full strength for the hatching. Then it was a matter of making the strawberry, chocolate chocolate chip and mint chocolate chop scoops of ice cream. The colors used were Rococo Rose, Early Espresso and Mint Macaron with Early Espresso stamping the chocolate chips. These were all punched out using the Ice Cream cone builder punch and adhered to the card.

I showed this card and 2 others at my Facebook Live this morning at 11am EST. Want a chance to win a prize? Share my Facebook live – and tell me so – and I’ll put you in my weekly raffle. Or if you don’t have Facebook, it’s also uploaded to YouTube, links below.

Oh so ombre

Today I’m using both sides of the Bermuda Bay Oh so Ombre DSP. This is really fun paper – and you can earn it for free!

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - Oh so Ombre - Stitched so sweetly dies - Hammered Metal 3D embossing folder

The layer was embossed with the Hammered Metal 3D embossing folder – I though it rather mimicked the other side of the paper with the white circles. So a strip of paper showing the other side was placed on top of the embossed layer and then were added to a Bermuda Bay card base. To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment (from Sweet Ice Cream) in Bermuda Bay and cut it out with the Switched So Sweetly dies. It was popped up on dimensionals and finished with a trio of rhinestones.

I’ll be showing this card and 2 others using the Oh so Ombre paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am EST. Want a chance to win a prize? Share my Facebook live – and tell me so – and I’ll put you in my weekly raffle.
