Wonderful World

Here is a card using the Sale-a-bration set, Wonderful World which will be available to you on Friday when Sale-a-bration starts. I thought that I’d give you some help in making your choice. This set is paired with a pack of designer paper and is free with an order of $100.

I inked up the single stamp using my Orchid Oasis and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Write markers. After huffing on the stamp, I stamped on a piece of white and matted it with Orchid Oasis. Then I glued that to a Whisper White card base and that was it. Very simple card and very easy.

Awash in Beauty DSP

Here is the third card featuring the Awash in Beauty DSP – this time also featuring the Peaceful Moments set for the sentiment.

This card requires a 2 by 5 1/2 inch piece of DSP plus a mat of 2 1/8 by 5 1/2. Here the mat is in Calypso Coral. Next the DSP was glued to the mat and then attached to a white card base.

The sentiment, from Peaceful Moments, was stamped in Calypso Coral and then cut out using the Layering Circles Dies. The matching scalloped die in that set was used to create the scalloped mat.

The circle was added to the mat and then placed onto the card base using dimensionals. Finally a few Polished Dots were added to the sentiment.

Awash in Beauty DSP

This week I’m focusing on the gorgeous Awash in Beauty DSP with a bit of help from the Charming Sentiments set.

This is such a happy pattern; it’s also an extremely simple card.

The Awash in Beauty DSP was cut to 4 by 5 1/4 inches and mounted onto a Merry Merlot card base.

Next I stamped the sentiment in Merry Merlot and then cut it out with the Stitched Rectangle dies. Since the Charming Sentiments set was still out, that’s where the sentiment came from.

Finally the sentiment was attached with dimensionals.

Awash in Beauty DSP

This week I’m focusing on the gorgeous Awash in Beauty DSP with a bit of help from the Charming Sentiments set.

For my first card using the Awash in Beauty DSP, I decided to highlight this beautiful Polished Pink piece. As you can see, I matted it in Polished Pink.

Once I had it matted, I held it in the right place and then stamped the sentiment from Charming Sentiments. Yes, you’re right, I hadn’t put it away yet. It’s a great 17 piece sentiment set.

I then attached the matted layer and added a Polished Pink bow. I love using DSP for cards
