Lets Celebrate Embossing Folder

This week I’m focusing on the Let’s Celebrate embossing folders. There are two folders that fit into the mini machine. Apologies for the late posting here but my hosting company appears to be having issues.

I used the embossing folder on some Orchid Oasis card stock and then cut out some of the sentiments. Since the sentiments are close together I had to emboss multiple time. I used a baby Stampin’ UP! guillotine to do the cutting. They were added to a Starry Sky sky layer and then matted with silver foil. Finally this matted layer was added to a Orchid Oasis card base. Finally I added a few of the Rhinestone Basic jewels.

I made this card, along with 2 others using these embossing folders at my Facebook Live this morning. You can see the replay on Facebook or check it out on YouTube.

Don’t forget that the Last Chance Sale is now on with savings of up to 60%. This is covering both the annual catalog and the January to June mini. Just click on the Shop Now button below to check it out.

When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

I used the embossing folder on some Soft Succulent card stock and then brayered it with Evening Evergreen. This was then matted with Evening Evergreen and added to a Soft Succulent card base. Finally I added a few of the silver Festive Pearls.

Lets Celebrate Embossing Folder

This week I’m focusing on the Let’s Celebrate embossing folders. There are two folders that fit into the mini machine.

I used the embossing folder on some Pacific Point to make a birthday card. I trimmed it to fit the white card base and added it. I also added a few embellishments from the Glossy Dots Assortment. And it was that easy!

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Dainty Flowers DSP

The Dainty Flowers DSP is a pack of paper you can get for free from the Saleabration brochure with a $50 product order until the end of the month. It’s a really good pack with varied patterns and I can’t not use it again. I’ve designed and shown 3 cards using it back in January and also used it for my Mail & Make class this month. Now I’m doing another three!

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Dainty Flowers DSP - Dainty Delight

There’s a sheet of the Dainty Flowers DSP which has oval flower wreath frames so this makes for a very easy card. I carefully cut out a frame and matted it on a Starry Sky mat. We don’t have oval dies at the moment and none of the others looked right. So I stamped the sentiment from Dainty Delight in Starry Sky directly onto the DSP. The matted DSP was then added to a white card base.

To complete the card, I colored a few rhinestones basic jewels with the dark Starry Sky blends and then added them to the card.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Dainty Flowers DSP

The Dainty Flowers DSP is a pack of paper you can get for free from the Saleabration brochure with a $50 product order. Stampin’ Up! have outdone themselves on this pack of paper.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Dainty Flowers DSP - Stitched Rectangles dies

The Dainty Flowers DSP was cut to 5 1/2 by 3 1/4 with the Rich Razzleberry mat cut to 5 1/2 by 3 1/2. They were layered together leaving a 1/4 inch showing of the Rich Razzleberry using the Stamparatus for ease of lining them up. This layer was then added to a white card base – again using the Stamparatus to ensure the open side of the card was lined up.

Next the sentiment from the Dainty Delight set was stamped in Rich Razzleberry and cut out with the Stitched Rectangle dies. It was then added to the card using dimensionals. Finally some Pastel Pearls were added to the card.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.
