Dainty Flowers DSP

The Dainty Flowers DSP is a pack of paper you can get for free from the Saleabration brochure with a $50 product order. It’s a really good pack with varied patterns as you can see from today’s card. You’d never guess that all of this week’s card came from the same paper pack.

The Blushing Bride pattern was cut to 2 by 3 inches and matted in a piece of white just an 1/8 inch larger. The sentiment, from the Dainty Delight set, was heat embossed in silver. Once the embossing was completed successfully, the matted DSP was added to the Blushing Bride card base.

To complete the card, I added a few of the iridescent rhinestones basic jewels.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live later today at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Rustic Harvest DSP

I was doing a little (very little!) clearing up in my craft area and discovered the Rustic Harvest DSP unopened. So I decided it should be used this week,

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Rustic Harvest DSP - Stitched Rectangle Dies

This is a very simple card; the DSP was cut to 4 1/8 by 5 3/8 inches and added to a Mossy Meadow card base. You need to trim a little from the bottom first in order to get the whole butterfly.

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments set and stamped in Mossy Meadow. Then it was cut out using the Stitched Rectangle dies and added to the card with dimensionals. Finally some of the Mossy Meadow solid faceted gems were added.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Abigail Rose DSP

This card using Abigail Rose DSP has the same colour combination as Wednesday’s. I’ll have to try to tackle the grey for Sunday. Hopefully!

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Abigail Rose DSP - Natural Prints Dies - Peaceful Moments

The Abigail Rose DSP was cut to 5 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches with the Early Espresso cut to 5 1/2 by 3 3/4 inches. After layering the DSP onto the Early Espresso mat it was added to a Crumb Cake card base.

The sentiment, from Peaceful Moments, was stamped in Early Espresso on a scrap of Crumb Cake. It was die cut using the Natural Prints Dies and then added to the card with dimensionals. Finally a few gold embellishments were added.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Fitting Florets

The Fitting Florets bundle will be in the January to June mini catalogue but it’s available for purchase right now. As usual, I’m starting with the DSP.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Fitting Florets DSP - Labels Aglow Dies - Artistically Inked

I don’t think I’d have thought of putting Night of Navy, Balmy Blue and Polished Pink together but I think that they look great. This is a simple card – cut the DSP to 5 1/4 by 4 inches and attach it to the Balmy Blue card base.

The sentiment, from Artistically Inked, is stamped in Night of Navy and die cut using the Labels Aglow dies. This was added to the card with dimensionals.

I’ll be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Beauty of Friendship

Here’s the third card using the Beauty of Friendship set from last week. Sorry for the delay but yesterday I was totally out of energy.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Beauty of Friendship - Frosted Flurry Dies

The tree trunks were stamped in Sahara Sand at different heights to give the impression of a copse. Then the distinktive stamp was stamped in Crushed Curry over the trunks which gave all the detail and the gorgeous colors that I’m anticipating we’ll see soon.

The white layer was then matted in Sahara Sand and mounted onto a Crushed Curry card base.  Next the sentiment, also from Beauty of Friendship, was stamped in Sahara Sand onto Crushed Curry. After die cutting it with the Frosted Flurry dies, it was attached with dimensionals. Finally a few champagne rhinestone basic jewels were added.

I made this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live yesterday at 11am eastern. If you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.
