Designer Tee

It’s a slow day here today; I’m not sure if that’s because it’s snowing or whether I’d be moving slowly anyway! But it’s taken me all morning to get organised and blog writing. I decided to feature the new Sale-a-bration set, Designer Tee which I hadn’t yet inked up. The images are sized to fit on the t-shirts in the Custom Tee stamp set (which comes as a bundle with framelits) but I wanted to show an alternative use.

The image is stamped in real red and then cut out with what is becoming rather predictable – the Stitched Shapes framelits dies. The sentiment is from the same set. Once I had these two elements set, I wanted to add some texture, hence the lucky stars TIEF band along with a real red border. I contemplated ribbon or enamel shapes but it was getting a bit too much so I stayed clean and simple. I attached the image to the banner with dimensionals – it seems to work best for attaching to texture, just make sure you push fairly firmly on them to start with.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Please use the hostess code to get five free handmade cards; the current one is PNF6CKRH (if your order is over $150, don’t use the code, you get the rewards, but you still get the free cards from me). See you tomorrow,
