Back on your feet

Here’s my second card this week using Back on your feet. The animals are really adorable – I had a lot of fun designing this yesterday.

back on your feet - Hammered Metal embossing folder

I stamped this little fellow in memento black and then used the olive blends to colour him in with a little dark soft seaspray for his puddle. I felt that the hammered metal 3D embossing folder (150646) mimicked his scales so added an embossed piece of old olive. I was really pleased with how this came out but hope I don’t need to send it anytime soon!

Back on your feet

A very Merry Christmas to all – I hope that you’re having a great day. As I mentioned on Monday, it’s not unusual for people to get sick when they stop working and relax. So just in case here’s a card made with Back on your feet (149385) a 9 cling stamp set featuring fun animals. You can put this together really quickly if you need to send such a card – hope you don’t, but trying to be realistic.

Back on your feet

I used the Bird Ballad DSP for the background and simply stamped in soft suede onto the paper. I matted the DSP with soft suede and then adhered it to a daffodil delight card base. The sentiment is stamped in soft suede on daffodil delight and cut out using the Stitched Rectangular dies. As I said, you can whip this up in no time at all.
