I was looking at YouTube yesterday and fell over the following video. It’s an official Stampin’ Up! one showing one of the new suites in the upcoming catalog. I’ve been trying not to share too many sneak peeks since you can’t get your hands on these yet, but I couldn’t resist showing this one.
Don’t forget to check out the clearance rack as well as the retiring products section – there are plenty of good bargains there including some from the Holiday catalog in case you’re the kind of organised person who starts planning Christmas already!
Please use the Stampin’ Rewards code to get five FREE handmade cards; the current Stampin’ Rewards code is 7UYN7HEJ (if your order is over $150, don’t use the code, you get the rewards, but you still get the free cards). In addition, to celebrate the new catalog, if you spend $50 this month, I’ll send you either the clear or gold faceted gems FREE (let me know which you’d like). Tomorrow Stampin’ Up! is releasing the Eastern Palace suite from the upcoming catalog a month early! There are two bundles available and they are going to be popular. Here’s a Stampin’ Up! video showing the release including three new in-colors, tranquil tide, lemon lime twist and fresh fig.
As of tomorrow, there are two bundle available including some free products. This promotion runs from tomorrow until the end of May.
First the starter bundle which contains the Eastern Beauty stamp set, Eastern Palace DSP, matching gold vinyl stickers, three new in-color ink pads and free very vanilla notecards and envelopes all for only $60.50.
If you’re more of an avid crafter, and already have a big shot, you might want to consider the Premiere bundle – this contains everything above plus the Eastern Palace card stock pack, the mini tassels assortment, Eastern Medallions thinlits dies and instead of the notecards, the new thick very vanilla cardstock and matching very vanilla envelopes. This is at $103.50
I hope you enjoyed today’s update. Please use the Stampin’ Rewards code to get five FREE handmade cards and, if your order is over $50 also the NEW faceted gems; the current Stampin’ Rewards code is 7UYN7HEJ (if your order is over $150, don’t use the code, you get the rewards, but you still get the free cards). As long as the codeine and antibiotics do their job, I should be more on time tomorrow!
The retiring list is live and things are going fast. Just last night, I checked the list and two of the retiring in-colors (watermelon wonder and delightful dijon) ink refills are gone. Don’t Delay! If you want something, grab it now before it’s not available. Here’s the list. It’s not being updated in this pdf so you’re risking it being sold out as you delay.
The things that I’m most upset about (apart from mint macaron) are the Stylish Stems and Special Reason bundle; if you’re buying them, don’t get the bundle, the separate parts are on sale for $33.60 in total instead of $45.75 for the bundle. It’s an awesome duet of products – here are a couple of examples of cards I’ve made with them (and I have another to share tomorrow)
Then there’s the Acorny Thank You ($15) and the Acorn Builder Punch (on sale at $12.60). Here are a few cards I’ve made with these
and Grateful Bunch ($21)
But basically, take a look and if there’s anything you fancy, get it now. There’s a lot there and over 90 items are discounted. But they are going fast. Use the code A2XGZS79 to get free handmade cards.

So sadly Sale-a-bration is coming to an end – I love this promotion, it’s awesome to pick free product for every $50 you spend. But it’s nearly over for another year – we have until tomorrow to grab any needed free products and to stock up on basics to keep us going until next Sale-a-bration! And one thing that you might put on your list is the 2015-2017 incolors which will retire at the end of June. The retiring list is due out in about 2 weeks and then the in colors will disappear rapidly. So stock up now before they are gone forever and also when you can still get Sale-a-bration freebies!
And just to give you a reminder of some of the fun products that you can get for free, here are a few of Stampin’ Up!’s own videos showcasing them
There are also only 2 days left to get a free selection of ribbon and sequins (6 yards in all) when your order is $30 or more and you use the code; the current Stampin’ Rewards code is 34ANVEHC (if your order is over $150, don’t use the code, you get the rewards, but you still get the free gift). This morning Stampin’ Up! launched a new promotion for people who join Stampin’ Up! between January 1 and March 31st. Not only do you get to select TWO FREE STAMP SETS when you join during this time (that’s a value of up to $104) but if you meet your $300 minimum sales quota by the end of June, you get another FREE STAMP SET. That’s on top of the already awesome joining deal where you select $125 of product with free shipping for only $99.
Here’s the free stamp set that you will earn, depending upon when you submit qualifying sales (sales to yourself count!). In the US, CSV is the same as dollars – it’s just a reporting method to allow comparison globally.
Promotion period: Apr 1–June 30
Promotion is open to demonstrators who joined from Jan 1–Mar 31
Demonstrators qualify for one set during the Apr–June promotion period; they may redeem their set the month after they submit qualifying sales of 300 CSV or more.
Only one set will be rewarded regardless of the amount of CSV submitted.
If a demonstrator joined Stampin’ Up! from Jan 1–Mar 31, 2017 and already submitted qualifying sales of 300 CSV or more before April, they will receive the Better Together Stamp Set.
Stamp sets will be redeemable on the first demonstrator order placed after the tenth of the month following the month the reward was earned. When you pull up your order, you will immediately receive an option to redeem your set; you will also receive a list of suggested items to create the project featured in the class video.
Each class video will include:
A PDF flyer with a sample card using the earned stamp set
A list of supplies needed to make the card; this PDF will be available before the demonstrator needs to place her order (in case she wants to add these supplies to her order).
A link to a training video created specifically for the earned stamp set; these videos will also be made available on Stampin’ University after the stamp sets are redeemed.
Stamp sets may not be exchanged
Here’s a close look at those three stamp sets:
Better Together (normally $37 clear mount, $49 wood)
Big On Birthdays (normally $27)
Birthday Banners (normally $17)
Now, I don’t mean to rush you, but you have only FOUR days to join Stampin’ Up!’s family and be eligible for the new Ready. Set. Earn. promotion and also, I note that the cost of the free stamp set reduces through the months of April to June. So for the best value you need to sell/buy $300 by the end of April.
It’s easy to spend the $300 when you’re first starting out because there are so many tools that make life easier and it’s far better to put in one large personal order per quarter than three smaller ones, one each month. Let me explain – if you have a $100 budget and put in a $100 order, you get no Stampin’ Rewards. If you put your budget money together and put in one order of $300, you get 12% Stampin’ Rewards on that. So $36 FREE product. If your budget is a bit bigger and you can stretch to a $450 order, you not only get 14% Stampin’ Rewards (that’s $63 in free product) you also get to select an item at 50% off. This is perfect for the starting crafter because you can get your Big Shot, a $110 item, at half off.
